F-ZERO 99

UI Artist

Synopsis

The F-ZERO game returns as a 99-player battle royale! Race on classic F-ZERO courses with machines from the original Super NES game and tear through courses in high-speed races. But be careful, your Power Meter will decrease if you crash into pilots or guard rails. If it hits zero, you're out!

Role

UI ARTIST

During the production of F-Zero 99, I had the opportunity to contribute retro-inspired UI assets to the game to support the game's reverence for the original F-Zero.

I worked on icons, unlockable art, and other UI elements, and created concepts, mockups, and prototypes for UI art. I worked directly with project leads to help visualize and develop game designs. Supported the growth of new or enhanced art development tools and techniques, and created clear and actionable workflow documentation.
